What is your return policy?
Prior authorization for all returns is required by Pear Tree International Products, LLC.

What are your shipping terms?
We make every attempt to ship your order within 3 business days via Federal Express (FedEx), United Parcel Service (UPS) or United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. Delivery time: 3-7 business days from the receipt of order (Monday-Friday).
We calculate delivery estimates by taking our estimated shipping dates and adding the time it takes to process an order as well as the travel time from our facilities to your destination address.
We are not able to ship UPS, FedEx orders to a Post Office (PO) Box.
When we ship your order you will receive a confirmation email and you can expect your package in 7 to 10 business days (and sooner with the S.O.S shipping option).
Street address required; cannot deliver to P.O. Box (Continental U.S.A. ONLY, 10 lbs. maximum). You will be notified if weight exceeds 10 lbs.
Express Delivery Cutoff: Orders with express delivery shipping that are placed before 9:00 a.m. CST will be delivered within 3 business days from receipt of order. Orders placed after 9:00 a.m. - please allow 1 additional business day for delivery.
Two-Day Shipping: Delivery time: 2-3 business days from receipt of order (Monday through Friday)
Express Shipping UPS/FEDEX Second-Day Air Continental United States: Customer will be notified of additionl Express Charges.
